The Zenith 5Z36 is designed with a 5 section, "Z" fold type boom. Thanks to a minimum boom opening height of just 6.75 m and pipeline Ø 125 mm, the 5Z36 is one of Sermac's best-selling models, providing the ideal solution for placing concrete in areas where space is restricted, such as city centres or residential building sites.
The 5Z36 proves its versatility, making it perfect for medium to small-scale job sites, whether they're indoors or outdoors, or any situation where space is at a premium. Thanks to its placement on a 3-axle truck with a wheelbase ranging from 3,900 to 4,200 millimeters, maneuvering this pump is a breeze. Every Sermac pump comes equipped with SCS stability control system, guaranteeing secure and safe operation of the pump.
What sets the Zenith 5Z36 apart are the options it offers for concrete output levels. You can choose from three different levels, ranging from 130 cubic meters per hour to a whopping 185 cubic meters per hour, all while maintaining pressures of up to 76 bar.

Q. WHAT BOOM SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?
Concrete Pumps are available with boom lengths ranging from 20 metres to 65 metres. This wide range allows customers to select the most suitable machine for their project requirements, whether they need a more compact pump for sites with tighter access or a larger boom for high-reach and long-distance placing applications. Having multiple boom sizes makes these pumps suitable for everything from general construction work to larger, more demanding concrete-placing projects.
Q. WHAT ARE THE TRUCK OPTIONS?
These pumps can be fitted to any UK or European truck chassis, giving customers a high level of flexibility when specifying their machine. This means the pump can be matched to preferred truck manufacturers, site requirements, and operator preferences.
Q. DO THEY HAVE A STABILITY SYSTEM?
Yes, every pump is fitted with a stability system as standard, using Sermac’s SCS control system, which is designed to help ensure safe, stable operation during pumping. Stability is a key consideration for truck-mounted concrete pumps, particularly with larger booms, and the inclusion of Sermac’s control system helps support safety and performance.
Q. WHAT IS THE LEAD-TIME?
The typical lead time is 12 to 16 weeks from receipt of chassis. This gives time for the pump to be fitted, prepared, and completed to the required specification.
Q. ARE THEY FITTED WITH TWIN WALL PIPES?
Yes, twin-wall pipes are fitted as standard. This provides increased durability and wear resistance, which is especially important when components are exposed to constant abrasion from concrete flow. Having twin-wall pipes as standard helps improve service life, reduce wear-related downtime, and support reliable long-term performance on site.
